Please return your child's consent form even if you do not want them to have the vaccine.

 

If you have lost your letter and/or consent form please call in at the school office.

 

Following the governors’ decision to federate, we are required to form a new governing body to represent both schools. We need two parents, one from each school, to join the governing body.
