Admission Arrangements
New Year R Intake - September 2025
Thank you for choosing our school for your child in September 2025.
We would like to invite you to come and accept your child's school place at the following times: Monday to Friday - 9:30 am to 2:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 5:00pm.
To confirm your acceptance of the place, you must provide the school with evidence of the address provided on your application and your child’s date of birth,
by Wednesday 30th April.
You will need your child’s original birth certificate or passport to evidence their date of birth. As evidence of the address used in your application you should provide two of the following:
· a recent household bill, for example a gas, electricity, water, or Council Tax bill · a recent bank statement, credit card statement, or store card statement |
And if you have moved house:
· a solicitor’s letter confirming that exchange of contracts has taken place, or · a signed tenancy agreement |
Following acceptance of your place, we will provide you with details of the arrangements for your child’s admission.
If you no longer require the place offered, please let the admissions team know as soon as possible by emailing admissions.team@hants.gov.uk.
Please remember that if you decline this place, you are responsible for finding an alternative school place for your child. You are strongly advised to hold onto this offer until you have secured an alternative school place.
