We will be starting after school clubs straight after half term in week beginning Monday 2nd November and we are using an online form to register your child for clubs. Please click on the link below to access the form - please ensure you complete one form per individual child.

For your child to be registered, the form needs to be completed by 4pm on Monday 5th October. Following this date, you will receive an email to confirm if your child has a place.
