Link to website: Annual Nasal Flu Vaccination Programme - Hampshire - Parents: Health for Kids
A text message will be sent out to you with the relevant code on for your child's school.

The nasal flu vaccine contains products derived from pigs (porcine gelatine). To opt for the porcine gelatine free inactive flu injection, select NO to the nasal flu immunisation and you will be given further options. More information for parents is available from www.nhs.uk/child-flu.
Alternatively, if you decide you do not wish your child to receive the vaccine against flu, please complete the form to record your decision. This will enable us to update your child’s immunisation record.

Beyond the Beat Instrument Hire Agreement
There is no cost to parents for the hire of this instrument. In order to gain maximum progress, it is really important that your child engages in the provision by playing their instrument at home.
Please be reassured that it is very rare for an instrument to get damaged. If you have any questions about this, please do not hesitate to contact us: music.service@hms.hants.gov.uk

Please ensure that your child brings their instrument back into school for their Beyond the Beat sessions as shown above. Your child will be shown how to look after the instrument they are bringing home, but if you require further help with this, please do let us know.
